About Us
Meet Christina
Hi and welcome, my name is Christina. I am passionate about empowering, supporting, and educating you through this special time of fertility, conception, pregnancy, and birth.
​
Through my personal and professional life experience, I came to understand the impact the prenatal and postnatal period has on the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical health of a baby and the ramifications this has on generations to come. I use a holistic approach to conception, pregnancy and birth that includes the baby’s experiences as well as those of the parents.
​
Originally, I trained as a physiotherapist in Germany, but my focus shifted on the mind/body connection and Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology. I trained over the years as a Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT Practitioner, HypnoBirthing Practitioner and completed the Prenatal and Perinatal Educator program from APPPAH, the Association of Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health in the USA, and I keep on learning.

I combine my Counselling, Hypnotherapy and EFT skills integrated with my knowledge of Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and my extensive professional experience into my approach to educate and assist you to prepare before conception and to create a positive pregnancy and birth experience, as it makes a difference to you, your family, and your baby.
I have a holistic, client-centred and caring approach, working with you as you take realistic positive steps on your journey. I have created the 4 week “The Secret to a calm, confident and connected pregnancy and birth” course which you can take self-paced online or personally with me. I am also working currently on a course “Preparation for Parenting starts before conception”.

I have worked in the last 15 years in the Rockingham area, WA but due to my life circumstances, at the moment I only work online, and I find it works very well.
